Requirements
Our hotel does not allow pets in general. However, we do make an exception for our guests' emotional or medical support animals (service animals). It is absolutely necessary that, prior to arrival, guests with such animals contact the Public Relations or Front Desk team. This will allow us to verify the corresponding official documentation that accredits the need for the animal and, subsequently, provide them with the rules of coexistence that they will have to follow during their stay.

🎁 If the calendar option doesn't appear or you want to buy an open-dated voucher as a gift or for personal use, this experience will be subject to availability and it will be necessary to contact the hotel to make the reservation. Cancellation policy
Open dated vouchers can be cancelled from the time of purchase up to 14 calendar days after purchase. After this date, the purchase becomes non-refundable.
If a booking is made via the booking calendar, it is non-refundable from the time of purchase.
