Requirements
Children under the age of 17 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
An ID must be presented at the hotel entrance to receive the wristband. When returning the bracelet at the end of the experience the ID will be returned.
In "Start Camp" children under the age of 3 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Cancellation policy
Open-dated vouchers can be canceled from the time of purchase up to 14 calendar days after purchase. After this date, the purchase becomes non-refundable.
In case of making a reservation through the reservation calendar, this is non-refundable from the moment of purchase.
