Children under 17 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
An ID must be presented at the hotel entrance to receive the wristband.
*IMPORTANT: A cash deposit of $50 USD (or equivalent in local currency) will be required at check-in. This deposit will guarantee that guests will be able to check out of their day pass for the return of wristbands and pool towels.

Cancellation policy
Open-dated vouchers can be canceled from the time of purchase up to 14 calendar days after purchase. After this date, the purchase becomes non-refundable.
In case of making a reservation through the reservation calendar, this is non-refundable from the moment of purchase.
