Requirements
This experience is only available to guests over 18 years of age.
An ID must be presented at the hotel entrance to receive the wristband. When returning the wristband at the end of the experience, the ID will be returned.
In "Start Camp" children under the age of 3 must always be accompanied by an adult.
*A cash deposit of $50 USD (or equivalent in local currency) will be required at check-in to guarantee that guests will be able to check out of their day pass for the return of wristbands and pool towels.
Terms and Conditions
📅 If there is an option to book this experience for a particular date (choosing on a calendar), your reservation for the selected date will be confirmed at the end of the purchase. You do not need to contact the hotel to confirm it.
🎁 If the calendar option doesn't appear or you want to buy an open-dated voucher as a gift or for personal use, this experience will be subject to availability and it will be necessary to contact the hotel to make the reservation. Contact details of the hotel will be provided once the purchase is completed.

Cancellation policy
Open-dated vouchers can be canceled from the time of purchase up to 14 calendar days after purchase. After this date, the purchase becomes non-refundable.
In case of making a reservation through the reservation calendar, this is non-refundable from the moment of purchase.
